Encourage your employees to make mistakes? !hat must be a misprint, right? Mistakes don't do anything but get everyone in trouble. How can making mistakes be a good thing for employees, bosses, or companies.
These questions are natural, but the answer is simple. If employees are empowered to do their jobs and, they are exercising their power, they are going to make mistakes. If they sit back where they are comfortable all the time, they will never make mistakes because they aren’t taking any reasonable and informed chances.
従業員にはなるべくミスを犯すことを奨励しなさい？これはミスプリントではないですか？ミスはみんなをトラブルに巻き込むだけです。一体どうすれば、ミスが従業員やボスそして会社にとって良いものとなり得るのでしょうか？
これらの質問はとても自然なものですが、その答えはとても単純です。もし従業員が仕事をする権限を持って、その権限を行使すれば、彼らはきっとミスを犯すでしょう。もし彼らが安全なところでずっとくつろいでいたら、彼らは間違いを犯さないでしょう。なぜなら間違いを犯しうるだけの充分な機会を与えられていないからです。
