Lapses
No one is perfect, and there may be some lapses of integrity based on lack of knowledge of a situation or an impulsive emotion. Everyone has failings. But they cannot be tolerated or allowed to continue when discovered.
If there are lapses in an employee's integrity, or if the violation is severe enough, it is time to do the employee and yourself a favor and terminate the employment. Termination does several things.
First, it makes clear to the employee that there is a problem that must be dealt with. Second, it allows you to be sure that breaches of integrity do not spill over and infect other employees.

誤ち
完璧な人などいない。そして、状況の知識の欠落や衝動的な感情に基づくいくつかの誠実さの誤ちがあるだろう。誰も失敗する。しかし、見誓った時黙って許されたり、許され続けることはない。従業員の誠実さに誤ちがある場合や、違反が行われた場合、従業員とあなた自身が、雇用を終結する時である。終結はいくつかの事を行う。
まず、従業員に処理しなけらばならない問題がある事を明確にする。次に、誠実さの不履行はスピルオーバーせず、他の従業員を侵すことを見こんでおく。
