しかし私が注文した商品が生産中止になっていたならば、貴店は発送する前に私にその旨を連絡すべきだったのではないでしょうか?そうすれば、お互いに面倒なことをせずに済んだと思うのですが。
私の意向を聞くことなく、貴店が勝手に代わりの商品を発送したのは理解に苦しみます。
残念ですが、商品は返品させていただきたいと思います。
返品の送料は貴店が負担してくれるのですか?手間をかけますが、この点に関して連絡いただけたらと思います。
