三脚の接続とハンドルが付いているアームに不良箇所が発見されました。
中間のアームと接続する部分の長さが短くなっています。
不良パーツは写真では2つですが、全部で3つありました。
販売先から、返送されていないため撮影できませんでした。
添付した写真を確認してください。
左にあるアームが通常の接続部の長さです。
残りの2つの接続部は短くなって、固定ができません。
明日、新たに6台のカメラクレーンをオーダーもする予定なので
同時に交換商品の3つのアームも発送できますか？
I found bad parts on the connection parts of tripod stand and the arm that has a handle.
The middle arm and the connection part has shorter length.
2 bad parts were mentioned in the picture you sent, but there're 3 bad parts actually.
I was not able to take picture of this product because it has not returned from sales destination yet.

The length of the arm on left in the picture is normal.
Since 2 other connection arms are shorter than the normal one, they won't be firmly fastened.
I'm planning to order 6 camera cranes tomorrow, so would you send out 3 arms for replacement at the same time?
