クレジットカードは通常の手続きが終わったはずです。
クレジットカードはいつも使えているのでそちらの処理の問題だと思います。
他に方法は無いでしょうか?希望であれば、増額分を振り込むことも出来ます。
私の注文を無断でキャンセルしたのですか?
いまホームページを確認したところ私が注文した商品が在庫切れの状態になっていましたが、私の商品は当然在庫は確保して頂いているのですよね?
注文が終わっているに在庫を確保出来ていないのは大問題だと思います。

Please propose an alternative; if you'd prefer I can pay the increased amount.
