交換して頂きたいのですが、速達の着払いでお送りしても良いでしょうか？安価な商品のため送料のほうが高くつくとは思いますが、送った方が宜しいのでしょうか？それとも写真をデータで送りましょうか？
先日、今日返金しますと連絡を頂いていましたが、5日経ってもまだ確認出来ません。いつになったら返金していただけるのでしょうか？本当に適当な会社なのですね。

I would like you to replace these globes. Can I return them by collect and expedited shipping? Since the price of these globes are low, the shipping fee would be more expensive.
