ただ、申し訳ないのですが、1点注意事項があります。AAA開催期間中の神戸での滞在費と神戸～京都までの移動費は全て、AAA事務局が負担しますが、それ以降の滞在費・移動費は全て、自己負担にてお願い致します。（但し、わずかですが、日本円にて5万円をお渡しさせて頂きますので、何かの足しにして頂ければ幸いです。）
11月、京都は紅葉のベストシーズンなので、宿泊費も通常より高くなっています。B大学の担当者から、その辺りのことも連絡が入ると思いますので、しばらくお待ち下さい。
Sorry to cause you inconvenience, but please note: AAA office will bear the accommodation fees for your stay in Kobe and your traveling costs from Kobe to Kyoto during while AAA is held, but you have to bear all the accommodation fees and traveling costs after AAA is closed. (Separately from the aforesaid fees and costs, we will pay you JPY50,000, so you may use it for said costs.)
As November is the best season for seeing the beautifully colored foliage, the accommodation fees are higher than in other seasons. A staff in B University will contact you to inform you about the detail for that. We will keep you informed.
