先生の来日予定は12月14日関空着・12月17日関空発とお伺いしていますが、その後変更はございませんでしょうか？（ホテルから関空まで、事務局の車にて送迎させて頂きます。）15日終日および16日のレセプションパーティまでのお時間、既に何かご予定は入っておられますか？また、観光など何か日本でなさりたいことはありますか？出来るだけ、先生の御希望に沿わせて頂きますので、遠慮なく御希望を教えて下さい。

The visiting Japan schedule of the teacher, I hear the time of the Kansai International Airport on December 14th and the Kansai International Airport on December 17th.After that Is your schedule still the same?( I welcome and send off with the car in the secretariat from the hotel to the Kansai International Airport. )Is there some schedule to all day on the 15th and the reception party on the 16th?Also, do you have to want to do something such as the sightseeing in Japan?We meet the hoping of a teacher as much as possible.Tell hope without the reserve.

(We will pick you up from and to the air port by our official car.) Do you have already any plan to do after the meeting/conference （どちらか）(15th) to the time of the reception party on 16th ?
