商品は一ヶ月ほど前に届いていましたが、一週間ほど前に初めて開封しました。
確かにPRA25は電源を入れた時に音がなります。
しかし、レーザーを受信した時に音が鳴りません。
加えて、▼のボタンが使えなくなっています。
バッテリーは交換しています。問題ありません。

Yes, PRA25 actually makes a beeping sound when turned on.
However it does not beep when it has received laser.
Additionally, the down arrow does not work.
The battery has been replaced to a new one. No problem.
