河道屋は江戸時代から続くそば屋の老舗です。
芳香炉（Hokoro）と名づけられた特製の鍋は、一つ一つ厳選した京都ならではの食材を煮立て、最後にそば、またはうどんを入れます。
準備に時間がかかるので余裕をもって来店することをおすすめします。数奇屋造りの店内で、美しい庭を眺めながらの食事がとても心地よいです。芳香炉（Hokoro）は２名から注文が可能です。
Kawamichi-ya is a long-running soba restaurant established in the Edo period.
A specially made pot named "Hokoro" simmers local Kyoto ingredients chosen carefully one by one, and the noodle of your choice, soba or udon, is put in at last.
As the preparation requires some time, we recommend you to visit us with enough time. Enjoy your meal with the beautiful view of the garden in our restaurant of "Sukiya-style", a tea-ceremony style pavilion.
