意思の疎通が出来ていないようなので状況を説明し直します
私は2011年9月15日にHP上で注文をして(この時点で代金はクレジットカードから引き落とされています)26日には耳形に注文確認のコピーを同封した荷物がそちらに到着しているはずです これはこちらでは確認しています
私が確認したいのは何故今に至るまで発送メールが届かないのかということです
There seems to be miscommunication, so again I explain the situation.
I placed an order on 15 Sep. 2011 on your website ( and this payment had been completed by my credit card at this point), and the parcel which enclosed the order confirmation slip should have arrived on 26th.
I am confirmed that you already received the parcel.
What I want to confirm is that why you have not send me a mail announcing your shippment.
