We shall properly acquire and use private information within the scope of the specified purpose of use of private information in course of our business and employment, and shall limit the use of such information only to the achievement of the specified purpose of use, i.e. we shall not use such private information beyond the scope needed to achieve the purpose of use of such information, and further take necessary action to assure that.
