発生した経緯
混載業者(A社)へMBL Noをよう発行していてただく催促していたが、メールの受信が確認できなかった。
社内共有シート上で当該BL分が、AMS送信担当者が誤って、送信済み登録してしまい、未送信に気づかなかった。
本船出港後に、A社からMBLの案内がありAMS未送信が発覚。すぐにAMS送信の対応をする。
通常他の混載業者はAMS未送信の場合、出港前にNoticeがあるA社からAMS未送信のNoticeがなかった。
Background of the incident
An MBL No. had been issued to a consolidator (Company A), but the receipt of the e-mail could not be confirmed.
The person in charge of sending the AMS had inadvertently registered the MBL No. as having been sent, and was unaware that it had not been sent.
After the vessel left the port, Company A sent an MBL notice and discovered that the AMS had not been sent. The AMS transmission is immediately handled.
Normally, other consolidators would issue a notice before the vessel's departure in case of AMS non-sending, but Company A did not issue a notice of AMS non-sending.
