ツアーで利用する洞窟を所有している町の役所から急遽9月7日（木）に洞窟の点検、立ち枯れした木の撤去社業をすることの通知がきまして、その日のツアーができなくなしました。楽しみにしていたのに申し訳ございません。
代わりに6日（水）か8日（金）でしたら参加ができます。午前、午後どちらでも参加可能です。お知らせください。

I am writing this regarding the tour.
The town hall of the town that owns the cave we will be using for the tour has suddenly informed us that they will be inspecting the cave and removing dead trees on Thursday 7 September, so we can't do the tour on that day. We apologize for this, we were looking forward to it.
Instead, you can join us on either Wednesday 6 or Friday 8. You can join us either in the morning or in the afternoon. Please let us know.
