I think I will be available to meet you on either the 19th, 20th or 21st during the date.
There is the biggest exhibition for outdoor items on the 11th or 12th of November in Nagoya, so I was supposed to propose you come to Japan during that period.

During that schedule, I can meet you on a part of them (19th,20th,21st).
On 11th & 12th November, there is a largest exhibition of outdoor items in Japan, so I was about to suggest you to come to Japan based on the event.
