所在不明の貨物とちゃんと配達された貨物それぞれのDHL追跡番号を確認しましたが、
どちらもService areaはAという表示になっていました。(Bという表示にはなっていない)
貨物がロストした件について、フォワーダーには確認を入れているのでしょうか?
入れている場合は、フォワーダーは何と言っていますでしょうか?
毎回出荷書類も事前に送付しておりますので、なぜ行方不明になるのかわかりません。
手がかりが無い状態で、非常に困っています。

Although I checked the tracking number deliverable item and delivered the item on DHL, both indicated “A” for the service area. This means no indication of “B”.
Did you make contact with the forwarder regarding the lost cargo? If so, what does the forwarder say about it?
As I send the shipping document every time in advance, I don’t know why these are missing.

I checked the respective DHL tracking numbers for a freight that cannot be located and the other freight which was delivered properly. The service area for both said A (it did not say B).
Regarding the lost freight, have you confirmed with the forwarder?

Shipping document is sent to them prior to event all the time, I don't see why it is missing.
This is very troublesome because there is no lead to it.
