現在ホールディングスではDXの推進をプロジェクトで議論していますが、同時に人材育成について考える必要があります。個人的には、社内で適性な人を選び、集中育成すると同時に、社内に幅広く認識を深めて頂くという活動を将来に向けて地道に進めるしかないと考えています
