2021年10月15日に、3PC→5PCへ変更するライセンスコードを購入しました。
しかしまだ数週間しか経っていないにも関わらず、Dashboardを確認すると、監視できるパソコンの数が3つに戻ってしまっています。
3PC→5PCの支払いの履歴やライセンスコードは持っています。5PCのライセンスへと戻してほしいです。

On October 15, 2021, I purchased a license code to change from 3PC to 5PC.
However, even though it's only been a few weeks, when I checked the Dashboard, the number of computers that can be monitored has returned to three.
I have a payment history and license code for 3PC → 5PC. Can you therefore return to the license of 5PC, please.
