次回の議題はCareer Development Programの運用でお願いしたいと思います。
先日のミーティングで少しお話ししましたが、ホールディングスでは、世界の拠点にこのProgramを展開していきたいと考えています。少人数での展開となることが予測されるため、システムの整備はもちろん、シニア人材の活用も含めて体制を考えないといけません。サムスンでも同様の取り組みをしていると伺いました。国内での事例はある程度調べましたが、海外での事例も知りたいと考えています。

We would like the next agenda to be "Operation of Career Development Program".
Although we have talked about it at the meeting the other day, the holdings like to expand the programme at the base worldwide. As it will be an expansion by a limited number of person, so we have to consider launching a system including the adoption of elderly human resources. We heard about a similar case at Samsung. We have looked into cases to a certain extent, but we would like to know cases overseas.
