The arrival of items is delayed due to the Covid pandemic.
Please note that it may take about 3 months from Japan to Israel by sea.
I reported and submitted a document to the post office in Japan regarding the delay today.
The investigation will take place for both post offices in Japan and Israel within days and if the item arrived in Israel, the item will be with you for a couple of days.
