電話番号の確認のメールが届きました。
しかし、認証プロセスはうまくいきませんでした。自動返信メールに記載されていたパスワードも使えませんでした。
現在、アマゾンで登録されている電話番号は以前のままのようです。下4桁の番号が502
サイトで電話番号を変更するやり方を教えてください。新しい電話番号を追加しようとすると、以前に使っていた電話番号に対してパスワードが送られる為に、変更をおこなうことができません。
I got an email confirming the phone number.
But, the authorisation process was not done. I could not use the password which was issued automatically on returning email as well.
The phone number which is registered seems still unchanged now. The last 4 digits are “502”.
Could you tell me how to change the phone number on the website? When trying to add a new number, the password is sent to the previously used phone number, so I could not make it change.
