Sさんの5/6のメールを読みました。Sさんが問題と感じた以下3点について回答します
①4/30に寮の担当者が(ルール通りに)食事をくれなかったこと
②SさんのPCR検査が陰性と分かった後、会社がすぐSさんにシャワーを浴びる許可を与えなかったこと
③Sさんが会社から最新の感染症対策のルールをもらっていないと思っていること
①：関係各位に確認した所、寮側の手違いでSさんに食事を運べていなかった事が判明しました。本件Sさんにお詫びします。会社から寮に対し再発防止の注意をしました。
I have read an email dated the 6th of May sent from S. Therefore I would like to answer for the following 3 points that S minded.
1 The meal was not served from a staff of dormitory on the 30th of April according to the rule.
2 Once confirmed that S is negative on a PCR test, the company would not give permission to take a shower straight away.
3 S thought that an updated rule was not given by the company.
1: Upon the confirmation for all the sections concerned, it was learnt that the meal was not delivered due to a mistake on the dormitory side. This should have apologised to S.
The company has urged the dormitory to ensure the problem never happens again.
②：SさんのPCR検査結果判明後、会社の感染症対応のリーダーと相談し、4/28に寮並びにSさんに指定エリアでのシャワーの使用を直接電話で伝えました。添付資料を確認してください。本来は解熱後も数日たたないと通常生活復帰の許可を会社として出せません。が、他人が立ち入ることのないシャワーがあったため、特別に許可を出しました。）
③：ルール変更はありません
Sさんはこのような状況でも、リーダーの役目を責任感もって務めたと我々は思っています

2: Once confirmed the PCR test of S, we have consulted with the person who takes responsibility for the infectious disease control of the company, the use of a shower where a designated area has been instructed to S and the dormitory on the 28th of April directly. Please see the attached document. In fact, after the body temperature gets normal, a few days is required for being able to return to the office for work from the company. However, that is a shower in a special area where others cannot access it, so the company gave permission for such a special reason.
3: There is no revision in the rule.
We think that S had been conducted acting a role as a leader in such a circumstance. Would you give us an opportunity to talk directly to S if we have a chance?
