Fedexの追跡番号の通り商品は3月8日に指定の英国の住所に到着している
買い手は英国で商品を受け取った後に中身の状態を確認せずにロシアに転送して
そして買い手がロシアで開封して商品の破損を確認した
一度も開封していないのだから日本→英国→ロシアの配送途中のどこで商品が壊れたのかは断定不可能だ
買い手は指定住所の英国で検品すべきだった
私の責任は日本から指定住所のイギリスに商品を届ける事であり、それ以降の事まで責任を持つ事は難しい
ebayも同様の判断をしたので買い手のクレームを却下した
As per the Fedex tracking number, the item arrived at the designated address in UK on March 8th.
After receiving the goods in UK, the buyer transfers them to Russia without checking the condition of the contents.
Then, the buyer opened it in Russia and confirmed that the item was damaged.
Since it has never been opened, it is impossible to conclude where the item was broken during delivery from Japan → UK → Russia.
Buyer should have inspected the item at designated address in UK.
My responsibility is to deliver the goods from Japan to the designated address in UK, and it is difficult for me to take responsibility for anything after that.
ebay made the same decision and dismissed the buyer's complaint.
