今回、このような状況になってしまった原因は、商品を素早く発送しなかった事と、お客様と頻繁にコンタクトを取らなかった為です
また、コロナウィルスの影響により、予測不能な遅れが生じてしまった為です
The reason anything like this was because of not shipping the item as fast as we could and not constantly contracted with the customer.
Also, there was delayed by the unpredictable situation by the coronavirus pandemic.
今後の改善策として、以下を確実に実行します
・現在の発送方法よりも、より早い発送方法に変更する
・素早く発送する為に、あらかじめ梱包した状態で在庫を置いておくこと
・発送する前には、不測の事態で荷物の到着に遅れが生じることもある、ということをお客様には予め了承してもらう
・追跡番号をつけ、お客様に随時、荷物の状況を報告する
We promise to conduct the following improvement measures.
*We will revise for earlier shipping than the current way.
*We will stock items which are kept already packaged in order to ship fast.
*We will ask customers for admission before the shipment that delivery is subject to delay for unforeseen reasons.
* Every item should be with the individual tracking number and we notify customers of the status of the delivery from time to time.
