前回発注した製品Aについて、片面は印刷、片面はクロマキーの生地で依頼したのですが、
片面はクロマキーではなく、白い生地の状態で届きました。
修正してグラフィックのみ再送してもらえますでしょうか。

フレームは大きなインパクトがありましたが、
グラフィックのマテリアルがシワにならない、強度のあればよかったと思います。
製品Aの中にライトを入れることは可能でしょうか。
I wasn't able to contact you during the event period. About my previous order of product A, I asked for a one-sided printing of chroma-key texture, but what was delivered was a white texture instead.
I wonder if you could correct this and resend the graphic only.
