Here COVID doesn't want to leave us, and despite we're all good (luckily), restrictions are still active.
I've noticed that you didn't reply me yet to my last email where I was answering you to your last email, but maybe you've never received it since I've had problems with my email-provider. Now everything has been fixed, so here I am answering you again.
Well, thanks for your understanding, we're doing our best to deliver you footages and images within the end of January so you can start the campaign on February.

こちらではなかなかコロナが去る様子はなく、（幸いにも）私達は皆元気にしているにも関わらず、制限は未だ解除されていません。
あなたからのメールへの返信として前回お送りした内容に、まだ返信を頂いていないことに気づいたのですが、こちらでメールのプロバイダーに問題があったため、そもそも私からお送りしたメール自体が届いていなかったのかもしれませんね。既に問題は解決していますので、再度回答させていただきます。
まず、ご理解を頂きありがとうございます。1月末までには映像と画像をお送りできるよう善処しておりますので、2月にはそちらでキャンペーンを開始いただけると思います。
