Aの納期短縮ですが、正直短縮が厳しいのが現状です。
出来る出来ないは別として、土日出勤をすれば9月中に何本か用意することが
可能かもしれません。（弊社社内調整が必要です。）
1.必要な最低数量を確認して下さい
2.その数量から土日出勤するか等も含め工程を検討します
3.土日出勤になるため、その特別対応費用は請求します
追ってお見積をお出しします
これはあくまで私の案で、社内での了解はまだ取れておりません。
最悪、社内で却下される可能性があることはご理解をお願い致します。

As for earlier delivery of A, it is difficult to deliver it earlier honestly.
Regardless of if I can deliver it or not, it might be possible to prepare several pieces in September if I work on Saturday and Sunday.(I have to adjust it in our company.)
1. Please check the minimum volume necessary.
2. I will consider the schedule about it I work on weekend from the volume.
3. As I have to work on the weekend, I will require the money for it.
I will make an estimate additionally later.
It is my idea, and has not been accepted in the office.
Please understand that it might be refused at the worst.
