A検査もB検査もC性能が正常に保たれているかを確認する検査です。
5ミクロンはメッシュが細かすぎるため、A検査を正確にすることが難しいため、
B検査を実施しています。
目視で異常な発泡がある場合や、測定値が合格値と異常に乖離がある場合は
メッシュの破損や溶接不良を疑います。
本件、弊社が受注できる可能性は低いかと思います。
〇〇さんの意見は、先方から既設の図面やデータシートが入手できないのであれば、
先方の本気度は低いとみています。
