その際、宝石に油を塗らないで送ってもらえますか？
破損防止のために油を入れた事は理解しましたが
油は必要ありません。
処理に困るので入れないで欲しいです。
油無しで発送できますか？
まだ届いていない最初の注文が
届くかもしくは返金してもらってから
再度注文したいと思っています。

I don't want you to apply because it is troublesome for the after process.
