アマゾンではお届け済み、と表示されているようですが
配送した業者のサイトで追跡番号と配送先を確認されましたか？
アマゾンメキシコの倉庫からの出庫で、全く別人の住所に送られてしまったことがあります。
アマゾン上では、お届済みで正しい住所に送られていることになっていましたが、
配送業者のサイトで調べると別の住所に届けられていました
一度確認してみて頂けますでしょうか。

You said that Amazon shows "Delivered", but did you confirm the tracking number and the shipping address on the website of the delivery agent?
There was a case where some item was shipped out from the warehouse of Amazon Mexico and delivered to a complete stranger.
On Amazon, it said it was "delivered" to the correct address, but on the website of the delivery agent, it was delivered to a different address.
Can you please confirm it?
