注文したスマートフォンが届いたのですが、開封されているどころか既に初期セットアップも済んでおり指紋もたくさん付着していました。
発送時に送られてきた荷物の伝票番号も偽物でした(1週間後に送られてきた番号は本物)し、新品と思って購入したのにこの状態の商品が送られきたのはとても悲しいです。
一部返金してください。
なお、発送が遅いので別のショップから5/10にもう1台注文したのですが、5/18日には届きました。
未開封ですしセットアップもされていませんでした。
The smartphone I ordered arrived but not only the seal has been opened, it's already been initially set up and it has a lot of fingerprints on it.
The voucher slip of the package that was sent was fake too. (The number that was sent a week later is real) so I thought it was brand new so i bought it. The condition of the product that was sent makes me very sad. Please give me a partial refund.
Also, shipping was slow so I ordered 1 more from another shop last May 10 but it arrived on May 18. The seal hasn't been opened and it hasn't been set-up.
