退院してからメンタル面でかなりヤバくて、希死念慮が高まって自分でコントロールできないので、まだ予約は大分先でしたが精神科を緊急受診して、精神系のお薬を入院前に近い状態に戻してもらいました。
そうしたら何とか精神の方は持ち直しました。
心臓への負担を軽くする為に精神薬を減らされていたので、今の状態は心臓にかなり悪いです。
取り敢えず、私はまだ生きています。
近日中に誕生日プレゼントを送りますね。
最近、オカメインコの雛を二羽、お迎えしました。
とても可愛らしいです。写真添付しますね。
My mental state got quite serious after being discharged from the hospital to the point that I couldn't control my suicidal thoughts; I went for an emergency check-up at the mental hospital even though my doctor's appointment was a good many days ahead and had my medicine returned to something similar to what I was prescribed before my hospitalization.
Since my psychotropic drugs were reduced for lessening stress on the heart, my current heart condition is quite bad.
But for now, I'm still alive.
I will send a birthday present in a few days!
