折角国際展示会お誘い頂いたのですが、新型コロナウイルスの拡大を考慮し、現在弊社では海外の出張を停止しています。新商品など拝見したいのですが、参加できず申し訳ございません。代表の方を初め、スタッフの皆様にお会いできず残念です。
次回の見本市にはぜひ参加したいと思っております。引き続き御社のご支援とご協力をよろしくお願い致します。今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

I really thank you for your recent email regarding the International Trade Fair along with amendment of schedule for the meeting. However, in spite of your invitation, due to the recent novel coronavirus issue, we are instructed at the moment to prohibit for business trips overseas. Actually I wish I could see your new products however I will not be able to join unfortunately. It is so much regretted not to be able to meet your representatives and staffs at this time.
I do hope to meet you all at the next trade fair absolutely. We very much appreciate your continued support for us.
