この度、特定技能ビザの在留資格を満たした名古屋在住のインドネシア人男性が会社から内定をもらいました。（日本語テストN3、外食分野専門テスト合格済み。共に合格証明書あり。）今週か来週にSISKOTLKNでIDを発行の上、東京のインドネシア大使館で、海外労働者登録手続（届出）をしたいのですが、下記について教えてほしいです
・申請に必要な持ち物は何ですか？
・事前にアポイントは必要ですか？
・登録手続済証明（推薦状）は当日もらえますか？後日郵送となる場合、どれぐらい期間が必要でしょうか。
This time, it has been decided that our company would employ an Indonesian man residing in Nagoya because he has fulfilled all the requirements to obtain a Specific Skill Visa and is now eligible to stay in Japan. (Passed both Japanese JLPT N3 level and the restaurant specialty test and obtained both certifications.) As Siskotlkn will issue an ID either this week or next week, he will need to submit an Overseas Worker Registration Procedure (Notification) form at the Indonesian embassy in Tokyo. As such, we hope to get answers to the following questions:
・What things does he need to bring with him for this application?
・Does he need to book an appointment in advance?
・Would it be possible to obtain a certificate to prove the completion of the registration procedure (i.e. a recommendation letter) on the day itself? We will need to mail it out the day after tomorrow, so around how much time is needed?
