Hello, what is the reason for return? Our return policy does state within 7 days after receiving the items which it has been.
Also must be unopened which you say they are.
But we do not give prepaid shipping labels for returns that are just decided as not wanted.
Also there will be a 20% restocking fee which = $144
If you agree to all of this please confirm and i will give you an RA# and return
address.
こんにちは。返品の理由は何でしょうか？私共の返品ポリシー上、お届け日より数えて7日以内に返品された商品のみ受付可との記載がございますが、お客様の場合、その7日は既に経過しております。
また、商品は未開封の状態である必要がありますが、これはお客様のおっしゃるとおりですと未開封のままと言うことで問題はございません。
ただし私共では返品用の前払郵送ラベルは不要との理由にて発行しておりません。
また再入荷費用として 20% 分のチャージ（144ドル）が発生致します。
上記にご同意頂けるのであれば、その旨ご連絡ください。その後、RA番号と返品用の送り先の住所をお知らせ致します。
