発注内容に問題がない案件に関しては、メーカーに発注の転送お願いします。纏めて発注すると今年のように商品の入荷が遅くなると思います。早めに発注をするとメーカーから割引をもらえるので、既に他社の問屋は、先週オーダーを締め切りをしています。他社から弊社よりも安いオファーで購入できるようになった為、弊社での追加の発注するべきか悩んでいる。
以前は、弊社に発注していたのですが、他社に発注するようになった。このブランドもそうなるかもしれないので、彼の条件でオーダーをすすめて頂けませんか。

If you place your order early you can get a discount from the manufacturer so other companies' wholesalers have already stopped taking orders last week. You have already been able to buy with a cheaper order with other companies than from our company therefore I worry if you should place additional orders at our company.
In the past you have placed orders in our company but was able to place orders with our companies. That might happen with this brand too so can't you proceed with the order with his conditions?
