昨年頂いたA製品のサンプルですが、顧客の方で、粒子径の測定が完了しました。
結果は、同社が求める規格より粒子径がだいぶ大きいです。そこで質問ですが、
１） 御社で粉砕はしているでしょうか？
２） 今回のサンプルより細かいものが作れるのでしょうか？
The regarding the sample of A product given last year, the measurement of the particle diameter has been completed at customer side.
The result shows the size of particle is quite larger than our required standard.
We have questions for the following then.
1) Is your company demolishing by it self?
2) Would you make finer sample than this time?
