このクレジットカードは、マスターカードと提携しているAPLUSという会社が発行している日本のカードです。
明細は日本語なので、補足で、私が英語で説明します。

上記の明細の左上に書いてあるのが私の現住所です。

When you make scroll down you will be able to find the statement of MasterCard.
This credit card is issued by APLUS in Japan, with a partnership of MasterCard.
The statement of the credit card is in Japanese so that I will explain later.

I live in Kanagawa prefecture, the neighbouring Tokyo.
しかし、明細では県名が省かれ、川崎市から書いてあります。日本では人口の多い政令指定都市は、県名を省いて市から表記することが多いです
再度、私の住所名前などを下記に記載いたします
上のPDFがパスポートで、下が運転免許証です
運転免許証の画像の左が表面で、右が裏面です
裏面の住所が現住所です。日本では引っ越しすると現住所が裏面に記載されます。表面に記載されてあるのは旧住所です
上記のPDFは水道料金の領収書です。
一番上の日本語は「水道料金等納付書兼領収書」

However, the prefecture was neglected in the statement, and it was started with Kawasaki-city. In Japan, the prefecture is likely neglected in writing for indication of address, if next coming name of city is one of major city of the certain prefecture.
