JALクーポンはチェックイン時に受付の女性に渡しました。クーポンを渡した時の受領証は受け取っていません。2人の受付の女性がJALクーポンを数えていたので覚えているはずです。受付の女性の名前は覚えていませんが顔は覚えてます。
チェックイン受付の女性に確認してくれませんか？

I have given the JAL coupon to the receptionist when I checked in. I didn't receive a receipt for the coupon when I gave it to her. I think they remember me as two ladies at the reception desk were counting the JAL coupons. I don't remember the name of the receptionist but I remember how she looked.
Would you check it with the lady at he reception who helped me checking in?
I am still in Hawaii and I will come to the hotel tomorrow. Who should I talk to?
