樹脂は通常、shear ratesが低ければ低いほど粘度は高くなるはずです。しかし、頂いたグラフはシアレートが低いと粘度も低くなっており、正しいデータなのかがわかりません。データが正しいものか確認をお願い致します。
今回は既設の更新だと思いますので、添付のデータシート通りに設計致します。

Usually,the resin has high viscosity, when shear rates is as low as it could be. But given graphs show the shear rates is low and the viscosity remains also low. Therefore I don't get whether it's correct or not. Be sure to check it is really correct, please.
I believe it's a existing update therefore we will proceed to plan according to the original data sheet. Please carry on working as it's been planned.
As it's a simple basket, this isn't what we are good at. Please note that giving estimation along with technical proposal will be talking time, due to the lack of staffs here.
