税関から通知が来ました
こんにちは。日頃から、日本に安く動物の薬を送って下さってとても感謝しています。
非常に残念ながら、税関から通知が来ました。 結論から言いますと、これ以上の手続きは、私は、獣医師でないので不可能です。したがって、御社に返送となります。
私は、今回の件は、どうすれば良いですか？貴社の対応について教えて下さい。

Hello. We appreciate your continual support for sending animals' medicine to Japan in affordable price.
Regretfully, we received a notification from the Customs. In summary, I cannot do the further procedure because I'm not a veterinarian. Thus, I have to ship-back to your company.
What should I do for this issue?
