2. YouTube全体からキーワードで動画を表示するような機能の実装は難しいでしょうか？APIの使用回数制限的に難しいのでしょうか？それとも技術的に難しいのでしょうか？

1．May I use YouTube API and Adsense together? I was thinking that I cannot use them together subject to the law. But if I can use them, do you have a source that is its reason？
２．Is it difficult to use a function that shows a screen by using a keyword from the whole YouTube? Is it difficult in terms of limiting the number of use of API? Or is it difficult to use in terms of technology?
