ここ2日ほどで60件を越えるネガティブなフィードバックであふれています。
私も高額な被害になるのでpaypalに返金の苦情をしたいのですが、どのように手順をふんで苦情を訴えたら良いのでしょうか？
また、そのサイトがあれば教えてください。

The several issues are found from the seller.
For a few days, over 60 cases for the seller have been reported for the feedback in negative.
I also want to ask refund to PayPal because high rate of damage will be arisen.
How can I ask the procedure for this issue ?
And please tell me any specific website for it.
