注文した商品７点の内、１点しか届いていません。
購入履歴のページを確認したところ、４箱の郵送物に分かれていますが、
追跡番号は４箱とも同じです。
実際に届いたのは、小さいサイズのダンボール箱で、
中身は、ONE Bar のクッキー＆クリーム味１箱のみです。
商品7点が入るサイズのダンボール箱ではありません。
何かの手違いで、残り6点の商品が、３箱の郵送物に分かれて、
遅れて届くと思い待っていましたが届きません。
後日、注文した商品が先に届いている状況です。
残り6点の配送状況を教えて下さい。
I ordered 7 items, but received only 1 item.
According to the order history, the items should have been packaged in 4 boxes and all of them have the same tracking number.
What I actually received is a small cardboard box with 1 box of ONE bar cookie & cream inside.
The box is too small to contain 7 items.
I thought the other 6 items would mistakenly be delivered late in 3 boxes, but they didn't.
I received the items that I had ordered earlier already.
Please kindly let me know the delivery status of the remaining 6 items.
