to represent ABC Holdings LLC before the Japanese Tax Office solely in respect of the submission
of withholding tax applications.
This Power of Attorney shall, unless revoked sooner by ABC Holdings LLC,
automatically expire on
May 31, 2019

日本国大阪府吹田市千里丘1番1号に事務所を有する日本のLLCである山田株式会社の社長であるヤマダ・ユキが
源泉徴収税の申請の提出のみにおいて日本の税務署の眼前でABCホールディングLLCの代表者であること。
ABCホールディングLLCが早急に廃棄しない限り本委任状は2019年5月31日に無効となる。
