2/12 配達に伺ったようですが、ご不在のため郵便局に持ち戻りになり保管されていたようです。書留扱いなので不在票が入っていたと思いますが、お客様から再配達依頼の連絡がなかったため返送されたようです。再発送いたしましょうか？ (今回は特別にこちらの方で再発送料を負担します) お手数かけますが、ご連絡いただけますでしょうか？ 無事にお届けできることを願っております。
