問題となっているのはLegal business nameでしょうか？

Ａｍａｚｏｎ．ｍｘには弊社の社員名で登録をしています。
先日提出したインボイスは法人でのやり取りですので法人名になっています。
Legal business nameを法人名に変更すれば今回の問題は解決しますか？
日本の法務局で得た登記簿の提出は可能です。
他のことが問題であるのならば教えてください。
