引っ越しにより住所が変わってしまった為、最近国際郵便の未着が多くなってしまっています。
追跡番号があれば事前に配送会社へ問い合わせができる為安心です。
荷物を差し出した窓口で追跡番号を調べて来てもらうことは可能ですか？
配送に使用したのはチェコの郵便局ですか？それともDHL/FedEx/UPS/TNTなどの別の配送会社ですか？
私からも未着調査依頼をかけさせてもらうので教えてください。

As mailing address has been changed and it results undelivered issues so often lately.
It is safe if the tracking number has been issued, I can ask to the courier company about the problems.
Can you ask the tracking number to the postal counter where you asked to send ?
Were you using Czech post for shipping?
Otherwise, other couriers such as DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT ?
From my side, I will report undelivered situation, please let me know the tracking number if you get it.
I understand this is very troublesome issue.
But It would be great helpful.
