I called Dutch post again and unfortunately they cannot find your parcel.
The parcel never left my country so they think that a dishonest post worker stole your parcel so therefor the only option I do have is to send your money back.
I am very very very sorry about this situation, this never happened before but there is really nothing I can do else for you.
Also Dutch post tried to find it 3 times but it just disappeared somewhere.
I hope for your understanding that this is not my fault since you been a long time customer from me without any problems and every time everything went very well just this time we were very unlucky.
I will refund you very shortly and again accept my apologize.
