お送りいただいた部品がメーカー品、あるいは承認を受けたOEM品であること、また、入手経路が明確に示されていなければなりません。その部品を用いたことで万が一、事故やトラブルになった際に、メーカーに迷惑をかけてしまう可能性があり、さらにメーカーから使用中止を言い渡される可能性があります。同じ国のメーカーなのでなおさらです。
お送りいただいた部品について特性上は問題ないと信じておりますが、手続き上の問題でどうしても書類が必要でございます。

It must be clearly indicated whether the parts you sent are manufacturer’s products or approved OEMs, as well as clearly indicated how they have been obtained. If an accident or any trouble occurs from the result of using these products, the manufacturer may be inconvenienced. Furthermore there is a possibility that these products may have been discontinued, especially since the manufacturer is of the same country.
Although we believe that there is no problem with the parts you sent to us, the procedure with regards to documentation must be observed.
